Every scan creates a complete, immutable lot record.

Nothing is entered manually. The dashboard record is created at scan time - the operator cannot forget to log it, and nobody can backfill it.

Lot ID - Entered once at scan time - links all readings for a batch.

Timestamp - UTC-accurate - cannot be edited after the scan.

Operator - Pulled from the logged-in account - account-level accountability.

Test result - Moisture %, TPP %, or leaf grade - depending on module used.

Device ID - The specific spectrometer or phone used for the scan.

Export & Compliance

PDF Lot Report

A formatted summary of all readings for a lot or date range. Readable by buyers and auditors without dashboard access. Includes test values, timestamps, and operator log.

CSV Data Export

Full raw data export for any date range. Import into Excel, Power BI, or your own QA system. Column headers are consistent and documented.

Audit-grade records
